Why buy a new sneaker when it looks so worn out just like your old one? This is probably the thought going on in your mind when you see the Adidas “3Way” Nizza High x D-Mop x Crooked Tongues which is new but with a worn out design.

This sneaker is part of the Adidas Consortium 3Way Asia Collection. It comes in a white upper with the Adidas three-stripes in blue. What will make you stand up when you see this sneaker is however not the colorway, but its worn out look.

This is Crooked Tongue and D-Mop’s attempt to turn the Nizza sneaker model into a time capsule. The worn out look is enhanced by the vulcanized rubber sole and toecap.

The sneaker may be a new one and appears to have a clean white and blue colorway, it nevertheless has the distressed feel that makes you think this is just another old sneaker brought to life.

It is set to drop by 18th of July so catch one at the SNS in Stockholm or at selected Nizza accounts.
