Would you believe that footwear can be your very own canvas for abstract art? Take the case of the Fafi x Adidas Originals sneaker and you will see that it can in fact be the canvas of graffiti work.

The Fafi x Adidas Originals sneaker was designed by French graffiti artist Fafi as part of the brand’s Spring and Summer 2010 collection. Abstract design may be unisex but the sneaker clearly comes with an effeminate make-up.

The sneaker comes in a grey upper, which is the same color found on the tongue and the shoe laces. The toe box comes with an abstract design in pale yellow, lavender and pink hues. Even the mid panel of the Fafi x Adidas Originals sneaker feature the abstract design.

The collaboration between Fafi and Adidas is more evident with the white Adidas trefoil tongue tag, with the word Fifa written on it. There is a blue lace holder, which matches the blue material found on the heel.

It is interesting to note that the white midsole come with a pale pink wave like design, which greatly contrasts with the blue outsole. Turn the sneaker upside down and you will find a pink accent in the middle.
