The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Chien-Ming Wang is the product of a collaboration between Nike and New York Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang who pitched during the first Yankee Stadium game. This Air Max 1 Premium is an all white upper that makes use of the same leather material used in the making of baseball gloves.

What makes this white sneaker eye-pleasing is the golden-thread baseball stitching that adds some class to an already classic look. If you’re curious about the Number 40 on the inside of the tongue it represents the involvement of Wang’s team with Yankees.

In contrast to the all white upper of the Nike Air Max 1 Premium Chien-Ming Wang is the black midsole thick enough to provide a nice stand to the sneaker. Selected stores in Taiwan will have this footwear on display starting July 10.
