When the fall season started, famous sneaker brands, including Nike, have begun introducing various high-profile sneakers for winter 2010. Aside from their classic models, Nike also introduced a new high-top kick that looks really dope and attractive. It’s dubbed as the Nike Air PR1.
Earlier this month, Nike launched the Nike Air PR1 in two colorways that featured an all-black upper but now, Nike is presenting this silhouette in a far more different colorway. The new color scheme is said to be inspired by the 1989 Air Pressure which consists of a white base with accents of grey on the collar, eye rows and Nike branding on the back heel, black on the Velcro ankle strap and Nike swoosh on the side panels, and red on the round detailing on the collar. This Nike Air PR1 also features a leather construction that works with nylon on the tongue and perforated leather on the toe box. Complementing its upper is a white and grey midsole atop of the white outsole.
This 1989 Air Pressure inspired colorway of the Nike Air PR1 is expected to drop soon at House of Hoops. Stay tuned for more details about its release.
