Nike Hyperize “11Change” by Takehiko Inoue

Takehiko Inoue is an icon among basketball fanatics in Japan since he helped popularize the sport thanks to his “Slam Dunk” comic book and cartoon. He is set to become world-famous though with his take on the Nike Hyperize “11Change” by Takehiko Inoue sneaker, which is admittedly a fresh take on the hoop sneaker.

The Nike Hyperize “11Change” by Takehiko Inoue sneaker will give sneaker lovers the world over a fresh look at Japanese culture. There is even a bonus since the sneaker was also designed with a matching shirt. Inoue’s fascination with basketball should not come as a surprise considering the influence of the basketball shoe on his growing up years.

It comes with a blue Flywire design on the side panels with a nicely-designed grey leather material on the toe panel and the midfoot. Take a closer look at the grey areas and you will discover multiple basketball references and other hand-drawn characters that keep the sneaker wild. The same design can be expected of the shirt and both will be made available at the Nike Harajuku store on January 30th. Be fast though because only 100 of each goodie will be sold.

The Nike Hyperize “11Change” by Takehiko Inoue sneaker gets a lot of blue accent on the collar piping, tongue, midsole and even the outsole. Providing more interest is the blue and white shoe laces.
