The release of new sneakers is an event that’s as certain as the rising of the sun. However, what you cannot be sure of is the acceptance that will be bestowed by the thousands of sneaker lovers all over the world for that particular release.
The Nike Zoom Barcelona sneaker does not zoom at all when it comes to excitement but it is a nice-looking sneaker that would be a great partner for those who are campaigning for the environment. The sneaker comes in a clean white upper accented by various shades of green, yellow and red specifically on the midsole.
The black, semi-olive Nike Swoosh outlined by green is a shoo-in for those who love the environs. There is also a lace strap with the green Nike Swoosh on it, creating some fun and flavor for an otherwise bland sneaker.
The Nike Zoom Barcelona sneaker was inspired by David Robinson’s Air Ballistic Force High, worn during the Barcelona Summer Olympics in 1992. Could this be just a preview of what’s to come, maybe a whole sneaker line that will serve as a tribute to the entire Dream Team of 1992?
The Nike Zoom Barcelona will actually come in two color schemes, the first one being this green and white beauty inspired by the Lithuania team defeated by the USA in the championship game. The other color scheme was inspired by the USA, and of course sporting the red and blue colors of America.
