In time to the 19th  FIFA World Cup, the Italian sneaker brand Superga has released their World Cup Flag Series boasting 13 sets of colourways. Each set offers the flag inspired designs for Africa, America, Europe, and Asia.

This collection will drop and hit the local stores in a storm starting May, whereby patriots per continent will drool over with and dig the shelf to grab a pair. I want to assume that Superga is not just after the sales but this is their way of showing and giving support to this worldwide known sporting event. Sneaker heads may always have their freedom to choose which colorway to purchase yet wouldn’t be better to choose the flag of your own homeland? Anyhow, it’s just a thought from a loyal citizen and a World Cup follower.
