The cliché “dressed to kill” has been seriously taken by Vans and so the show manufacturer display such words in the midsole of their new Vans X Kiss (Dressed To Kill!). Dressed To Kill is perhaps the most popular album of KISS having been in demand in vinyl during the 70s era and then as cassette in the 80s, CDs in the 90’s and MP3s in the 20th century.
Finally you get the chance the get a copy of this KISS album right on canvas with the Vans X Kiss (Dressed To Kill!) The special Sk8-Hi is the shoe industry’s tribute to KISS and the band from which “Rock and Roll All Nite” was lifted.
The Vans X Kiss (Dressed To Kill!) features the original vinyl in each of the sidewall uppers. See the rockers clad in makeup and in their suits. This is not however the first collaboration between Vans and KISS but for sure this is the first black and white images of KISS on the Vans canvas.
If you don’t know KISS then you must review your rock band 101 because aside form their popularity in the 1970s this band is also known for their outrageous looks brought about by their trademark face paint and stage outfits. KISS is not an all-voice band because they are also in tricks as evident in their live performances to include blood spitting, fire breathing, pyrotechnics and smoking guitars.
